Sodwana Charters Lodge and Durable Deep Sea Fishing Charters has been operating in Sodwana Bay for the past 10 years.
Sodwana Charters Lodge is situated in the Sodwana Village and we are affiliated to the Elephant Coast Tourist Association.
We offer luxury, fully appointed, air conditioned and serviced accommodation for 34 guests on a self catering basis.

Deep Sea Fishing Safaris
Our fleet consists of two boats, Durable – 29 ft Nova Cat and Durable II – 19.6 ft Yeld Cat.
Our skippers are highly qualified and experienced to ensure an unforgettable deep sea fishing experience, targeting Marlin, Sailfish and Game fish.
Our boats are equipped with Shimano TLD 25 game fish rods and reels.
For the serious fishermen we equip our boats with Alutechnos 50-, 80- and 130 pound reels to target your dream fish.
Scuba Diving and snorkelling.
We arrange scuba diving and snorkelling as well as diver training by experienced Dive Instructors and Divemasters.
Educational ocean safaris
We offer two hour educational ocean trips for individuals and groups where we educate the guests on marine and coastal conservation. 
Day trips
Do our day trips to Lake Sibaya (Sunset Cruise), Samanga Junction, Thembe Elephant Park, Mkuze Game Reserve and Phinda Game Reserves and even to Ponta D’Ora and Ponta Malangane.
